A minimum total purchase of $1,000.00 applies to all events. If the minimum is not met at the time of your final count, the difference will be added to your final bill.


A 20% deposit is required to reserve a date. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is applied toward the event unless cancellation occurs. The remaining balance will be due 10 days prior to the event when your final count is received.


To ensure enough time for staffing and preparation, we require booking at least 10 days in advance of an event. All bookings are dependent on availability of dates.

Military, Fire, Police Discount

We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to military, fire and police clients Non-profit Discount We offer a 10% discount to non-profit organizations.

Delivery Fee

A fee of $25 will be charged for delivery within 25 mile radius of our location, and a fee of $50 will be charged for delivery outside 50 mile radius of our location.

Final Guest Count

A final guest count will be due 10 days prior to event. Final charges will be based on the count. If no count is provided, we will bill for the expected attendance as listed on your contract. If actual attendance exceeds the guaranteed number, we will make every effort to accommodate the extra number and then bill accordingly.

Children’s Meals

We can provide children’s meals for ages 2 – 10 at the cost of $10.95 per person. Please provide the number of children’s meals with your final count ten days prior to event.

Special Meals

We can accommodate guests who require special meals, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or dietary restrictions, with a separate plate. Please include the number of special meals in your final count ten days prior to event.

What’s Included in Full Staffed Events?

  • Event Captain
  • Full service staff for 5 hour event plus set up and clean up. Additional hours may be purchased.
  • Full buffet set up with tasteful décor.
  • Pre- set guest tables.
  • Cake cutting for weddings.

Our full-service staff is here to ensure that the catering portion of your event is spot on. We are not, however, able to assist with event planning, set up, decorating or end-of-event tear down of any items that are not leased/owned by Gourmet Fresh Catering for an event.


Gratuity is not required and is at your discretion.

Service Charge

A 20% service charge will be applied toward the final bill with exception to drop-off orders.
