Catering Delivery, With or Without On-Site Staff
Most of our catering outside our venues is drop-off. We prepare your food fresh, deliver it to your location, and set up the buffet in disposable serviceware for your group to serve itself. When you would prefer to have our staff on hand, our limited-service option adds professional setup and servers for the length of your event.
Drop-Off Service
7 days’ noticeWe deliver your food ready to serve and set up the buffet before your event begins. Your group serves itself, and you keep the food at temperature during service. This is our simplest and most affordable option.
Limited Service
14 days’ noticeWe bring professional display pieces, set everything up, and keep servers on site throughout your service window. This is a good fit when you want a polished presentation and would rather not manage the buffet yourself.

Individually boxed, ready to hand out
Each box holds a sandwich or wrap with chips, a side, and a cookie, labeled and ready to pass around. There is no serving line, and everyone gets their own meal. A straightforward choice for working lunches and meetings on a tight schedule.
A spread your whole group can build from
We set out proteins, sides, and toppings so guests plate what they want. Hot buffets come in Italian, Mediterranean, barbecue, and other styles, and the build-your-own bars let people mix their own. Every item is labeled for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free needs.
Boards and platters to open the room
Charcuterie and cheese boards, crudité, spanakopita, and warm dips, arranged to look the part on the table. They work as a first course before the meal or as the centerpiece for a reception or open house.
