Thanksgiving FAQ

When is the order deadline?

The last day to order is Wednesday, November 18th, to ensure availability and proper preparation time. We strongly recommend ordering early, as quantities are limited and popular items sell out quickly.

When and where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is available Tuesday, November 24, and Wednesday, November 25, between 12 PM and 6 PM at our new Gourmet Fresh kitchen, located at 733 Green Crest Dr, Westerville, OH 43081. Specific pickup times will be confirmed when you place your order.

Can you accommodate specific dietary needs?

Menu items are labeled for common dietary preferences, such as vegetarian or gluten-free. At this time, we’re only able to offer the options listed and cannot make further modifications.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Just make sure the person picking up has the order name and confirmation number.

How long will the food stay fresh?

All items are prepared fresh for pickup and designed to be enjoyed within 2–3 days when properly refrigerated.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Changes can be made through Wednesday, November 18th, pending availability. After that date, we’re unable to accommodate modifications due to production scheduling.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations made through Wednesday, November 18th, will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds after that date, as ingredients and prep will already be underway.

Do you provide serving utensils or disposable pans?

Yes. All items come in oven-safe, disposable containers for easy reheating and cleanup. Serving utensils are available as an item to add to your order.

Do you deliver?

At this time, Thanksgiving meals are pickup-only to ensure everything stays fresh and on schedule.
